Events and workshops are added occasionally on specific dates to offer less traditional experiences to our schedule rotation. These classes often provide opportunities to help further refine a skill, help beginners feel more confident in their practice, educate on new skills and techniques, offer unique class experiences, and more!
The classes are typically a higher rate than a standard drop-in class, but a little more affordable than private. Class capacity varies depending on the nature of the workshop being offered.

Candlelight Sound Bath & Meditation

Join us for a relaxing immersive experience led by Terra.
The soft and gentle warmth of candlelight will immediately calm you while you lie down relax and release tension. You will be guided in a meditation to release tension with combination of soothing vibrations from various instruments.
The sound bath itself acts as an "effortless meditation" while this event also includes a verbal guided meditation component.
How to prepare;
Wear comfortable clothing
Arrive 10-15 mins early to set up a cocoon
Bring anything that will allow you more comfort-Yoga mat, blanket, pillow. We have blankets, blosters & mats available.
Let go of expectations-simply relax and allow the experience to wash over you.
Vinyasa Basic’s Pop-Up Classes

Curious about yoga or looking to build a stronger foundation in your practice?
This welcoming class introduces the essentials of Vinyasa yoga—linking breath with movement in a supportive, encouraging environment.
We’ll move at a comfortable pace through foundational postures, focusing on alignment, mindful transitions, and the joy of simply moving your body.
Expect clear guidance, space to rest, and an opportunity to explore your practice with curiosity and confidence. Come as you are and leave feeling grounded, strong, and inspired.
Room will be a comfortable temperature. Dress comfortably, bring a mat and water. if you don't have a mat we have mats available for use and to purchase.

What you need?
Yoga mat, we have mats available to borrow and purchase if needed
Water - Stay hydrated!
Towel - Hand towel for sweat, some people prefer a full towel, if needed we have towels available to borrow, inquire upon check-in
